General Terms and Conditions of Sale

All reservation confirmations must be guaranteed by a credit card.
A 50% deposit may be required at the time of booking.

General Cancellation Conditions:

• More than 48 hours before the arrival date: no cancellation fee
• Less than 48 hours before the arrival date / no-show: the first night will be charged
• Cancellation or modification during the stay: the full stay will be charged

Tourism and Travel Mediation

In accordance with Article L.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, as a consumer, the client is entitled to request, free of charge, the assistance of a qualified mediator in order to amicably resolve any dispute with the hotel.
